Fresh quality ingredients + a pinch of love will always result in a tasty dish.
This Seafood Infusion Sauce is great for all shelled seafood. To really infuse it in the shell fish, make sure to crack the shell so the flavors can seep in as it cooks.

Serves: 8 -10
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
1 stick of unsalted butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
6 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of dry parsley
1 bay leaf or 1 tsp of bay leaf powder
1 tsp dill
1/4 cup of dry thyme
1 tsp of cumin
1 tbsp. of oregano
1 tsp of pepper flakes
2 tbsp. of brown sugar
1 tbsp. smoked paprika
1 tbsp. old bay seasoning
1/4 cup of orange juice
1 lemon squeezed
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Steps
Heat up a cast iron pot to medium-high, add oil, butter, garlic and pepper flakes and render for 5 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients Stir and cook for about 15 minutes.
If the consistency looks too thick for you, add 1/4 cup of water as needed.
Season with salt and pepper
