Fresh quality ingredients + a pinch of love will always result in a tasty dish.
This homemade sriracha mayo that my wife has been perfecting over sometime is creamy, spicy, simple and easily made in minutes. It'll add the perfect zing to sandwiches, fish tacos, veggies, and anything grilled. It's easy to customize, like you can switch the agave for pineapple or guava juice. Note: for those that are Vegan, replace regular mayo with our vegan mayo recipe.

Serves: 10 depending on how much you like it.
Prep Time: 5 min

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of mayo
1/8 cup of sriracha
1 tbsp of fresh parsley (finely chopped)
3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
1 tbsp of Agave
1/8 cup of lemon juice
A pinch of salt & pepper
Cooking Steps
Place in a small vessel all the ingredients and whisk till creamy smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
